“Is there a limit to MY power?”

The answer to that question is determined by how you and I deal with the difficult circumstances in our lives. Is His power limited only by what you and I can do and what those around us can do? Is He someone we only worship but don’t depend on in these impossible circumstances in our lives?

There is a circumstance right now that I am striving to not limit His power. God’s power is greater than any circumstance and I am striving to believe that right now, not only in my head but in my heart and through my prayer. It is a battle. But I don’t want to in any way limit Him in His power in this particular circumstance in our life.

To realize that from God’s perspective life is a test goes a long way in determining how you handle your life. It is important to see that in testing your character is both developed and revealed. Rick goes on to say that “even the smallest incident has significance for your character development. Rick posed this question at the end of his chapter, You Are Not an Accident. In this chapter he deals with the fact that God created you the way you are with a purpose. In other words you are not an accident. I am also reading the Apostle John’s view of Jesus and what He said and did while He was here on earth. In the beginning of Chapter 9 there is a story about a blind man. And the disciples who were with Him asked Him a good question, “Who sinned, this man or his parents that he was born blind? ” Have you ever asked the same thing about something in you that you don’t like?
